Recruiting is done by one individual, regardless of rank, this individual is the one to whom the possible recruit first has contact. The recruiter must take time out to answer any questions the Potential recruit has, unless s/he specifically defers this responsibility to another Guild member, (if you're are really busy or have several recruits at once). The assigned recruiter is the only person who should answers questions posed by the Potential recruit. Regardless of rank no other Guild members should interrupt to add their own little bit. However I would prefer all such Potential Recruit questions were posed over the guild channel.

Will recruiters please ensure that Potential and New Recruits are made aware of the following:

• Armada is a cooperative, friendly and organised guild.
• We offer group activities such as hunting, prospecting, trading, jobbing.
• We offer information and advice relating to Earth & Beyond.
• We offer help with missions, or assistance when needing JS's, WH's etc.
• Armada isn't a clique guild. Promotion within Armada is based upon merit and commitment to the Guild, so potentially anyone can rise through the ranks and become an officer. Potential and New Recruits should be aware of the following by our Guild:
• The Guild owes no further obligation to the recruit other than those noted above and the recruit is under no obligation to the Guild.
• The Guild as a whole will not lavish freebies, power-levelling, or any other incentives to "Please join us". However we area generous guild and individual members may, at their own discretion, do so.

When we have a New Recruit, can the recruiter announce him/her to the Guild, by name and profession..

Recruiting someone who is a member of another guild is acceptable. Individuals are free to make their own decisions and it is assumed that they are unhappy with their current guild and would like to give Armada a try.

What is not acceptable, or tolerated, is defamation of another guild's reputation, quality of membership or leadership in an effort to encourage members to leave that guild and join ours.

Any recruiter discovered using such inappropriate methods of recruitment will be demoted one rank.
