Discipline is maintained by all guildmembers. If you become aware of someone breaking the Code of Conduct then you are encouraged to politely bring this to the offenders attention. If you would prefer not to do this, or if the offender responds inappropriately or simply ignore the advise, then please inform the relevant authorities of the incident and leave it in their hands.

These individuals are charged with maintaining the Code of Conduct within Armada. They are also there to settle minor disagreements between members. With regards to breaches of the Code of Conduct, at their discretion, they may issue either a:

Friendly Warning

No action is taken but the offender will be watched for repeat offences;

Official Warning

The Honour Guard is authorised to remove anyone of Marshall rank from the guild if they deem the individual is a problem, without recourse to the Regent or Chancellor.

The Honour Guard is authorised to demote anyone of Marshall or lower rank if they deem it necessary, without recourse to the Regent or Chancellor. One demotion per offence made at the time the Official Warning is issued.

All Official Warnings are reported to either the Regent or Chancellor.

Three Official Warnings and the individual is expelled from the Guild.
