The Chancellor is the Regent's second-in-command and will support the Regent in organizing and administering the Guild. The rank is limited to one available position. The Chancellor takes responsibility for the Guild both in game and on the forums. The Chancellor is authorized as a Guild Forum Moderator, and also authorized to moderate the EnB Guild Page.
- The Chancellor is deferred to by the Cadets, Captains, Technicians, Navigators, Warriors, Guides, Marshalls and Honorguards of the Guild.
- A Chancellor has moderator access to, and must be an active member of the Guild Forum, plus moderator privileged on the EnB Guild pages.
- When buying from within the Guild the Chancellor will be charged only a maximum of 100% above base cost of materials and manufacture for the item. Limited to one item of any type at this price, or ores in stacks of 20 (4 if refined).
- Any alts of the primary at this rank are automatically promoted to the rank of Captain.
- The Chancellor is authorized to:
- Recruit
- Access membership contribution records
- Set the Message of the Day.
- Set a member's tag. (unsupported command)
- Set a member to Active or Inactive status.
- Promote a member up to the rank of Honorguard.
- Demote a member down to the rank of Cadet
- Remove from the Guild anyone of Honorguard rank or below.
